Capsule’s 14-day trial of its paid plans (Starter, Growth, Advanced and Ultimate) begins as soon as you sign up for one of the plans. You’ll be able to utilize all the features available on the plan you’re trialing and add your team to the account too.
At the end of the free trial, you can choose to continue on the paid plan you’ve selected, switch to another plan, or cancel your subscription to Capsule entirely. To continue using Capsule with the data you’ve added already, simply enter your payment details and you’re all set.
There are zero setup fees associated with opening a Capsule account. You can also cancel your account at any time.
Capsule supports 60+ integrations, and works with Zapier to fulfill additional functionality. Our most popular integrations include Transpond, Mailchimp, Xero, QuickBooks, Gmail and Office 365.
Yes. Capsule has many options for migrating data from spreadsheets into our CRM. You can import Contacts and Opportunities. You’ll also be able to integrate some data with select integrations Capsule supports.

Ultimate is designed specifically for larger SMBs wanting to enjoy enterprise CRM functionality at SMB prices.
Our free plan has limited features and functionality compared to our paid tiers. For instance, you can only have 250 contacts, two users, and a single project board and Sales Pipeline.
However, the free version of Capsule is great for individuals wanting to test the functionality of Capsule, so you can upgrade to a paid plan when you’re ready.
None! You can use any feature, connect any integrations and add as many users as you see fit.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade.
The only caveat with downgrading your Capsule subscription is that you’ll need to stay within the limits of the plan you’re switching to.
For instance, if you were on the Growth plan, had 60,000 contacts and wanted to downgrade to our Starter package, you’d need to remove 30,000 contacts to comply with the 30,000 contact limit in the Starter plan.

We always recommend customers choose our annual plan. We offer up to 15% discount for customers who subscribe to our annual pricing plan, making Capsule a little less expensive.
