As described in our Data Privacy Framework Certification, Capsulecrm Inc. complies with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF) as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce, (together the “DPF Principles”) regarding the collection, use and retention of personal data from the EEA, Switzerland and the UK, respectively. Capsulecrm Inc. has certified to the U.S. Department of Commerce that we adhere to the DPF Principles. We remain responsible for any of your personal data that is shared under the Onward Transfer Principle with third parties for external processing on our behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.
