Legacy plans - Professional and Teams

What is a legacy plan?

Capsule CRM introduced new pricing plans in October 2023. If you signed up to Capsule prior to October 2023, you are likely on one of our legacy plans. You can learn more about the new plans and check out what they include here

Can I still sign up to a legacy plan?

No - it’s no longer possible to sign up for legacy plans. If you are a current customer on one of our legacy plans you can continue to use it, but you cannot sign up for a new account on a legacy plan.

Can I upgrade to the new plans?

Yes - you can upgrade to one of our new plans at any point to gain access to our latest functionality and increased limits. The Super Administrator on the account can upgrade from their Account Settings > Account and Plan > Change Plan.

Leaving a legacy plan

If you upgrade or downgrade your account to one of the new plans or cancel your subscription, you will be unable to return to a legacy plan.
