Goals (Beta)

What is a Goal?

A Goal is a simple way for each Capsule user to track their own Sales progression and success in Capsule. It can also come in useful for Managers to track goals across all Capsule users. You can visually track this information in Capsule and have a centralised space to monitor where you (or the Team) are at any point in time.

Goals come in different types to let you choose exactly what you want to track. This includes the Opportunities that are added to Capsule, or Opportunities that have been marked as Won - where you select the value or the count you want. There’s even a type to track the Opportunity progression through the Milestones in your Sales Pipeline.

Goals are also customised over a period of time, to align with your company's internal process for more accurate reporting.

They’re a great way to celebrate wins, increase ownership over your Sales targets and set benchmarks across the board.
