Welcome to the final Capsule Uncapped of the year! It's been a big year for our teams, delivering again and again. And even though the year's drawing to a close, they're still hard at work to improve Capsule’s existing toolkit and create more fantastic features. Here are the latest instalments of 2025.

Never miss a step again: Contact Tracks are here

If you’ve not been using Opportunities or Projects, you might not have heard of Tracks - our feature that allows you to create repeatable processes. Now you can add Tracks directly to your Contacts.

This means any repeatable workflow, like qualifying new leads or onboarding every new customer, can be turned into a templated series of tasks. Add the Track to a contact in just a click, stay on top of every step, and deliver the same reliable, consistent service to everyone on your list.

Deeper customization with multi-select Custom Fields

We received lots of requests to expand our Custom Field offering to enable multi-select fields. This gives you more freedom when it comes to creating custom identifiers and storing your business’s unique data needs.

Looking for inspo? You could use multi-select Custom fields to:

  • Track all channels included in a campaign: e.g. email, paid social, print, OOH, events.
  • Capture all compliance areas a client requires help with, such as payroll, tax, contracts, or HR audits.
  • Add the full set of services a lead is interested in like branding, web design, SEO, content, photography, video, etc.

Create webforms in Capsule with ease

Did you know you can create webforms from your Capsule account? You can add them to your website to use in a bunch of different ways, like enabling interested leads and existing customers to get in contact with you.

Well, we revisited the form builder to make it much friendlier: you’ll get a preview of what your form might look like as you’re building it. Then tap the code tab, and copy and paste it into your website builder. Voilà!

The latest integrations for Capsule CRM

Gmail inbox Add-on

Your inbox just got smarter. Capsule’s updated Gmail integration will auto-log your email conversations with each contact you enable, so every record stays effortlessly up to date.

Send an email from Gmail and Capsule will take care of the rest. Forget forwarding, copy-pasting, and gaps in your communication history. It’s the perfect way to keep your team aligned and your customer relationships crystal clear.

Prospecting is easier when you don’t have to copy-paste every single detail. Let the Add to CRM Chrome Extension detect all the right info from LinkedIn and XING, and create contact records in your Capsule account for you.

Connect Capsule with MailerLite to automatically add your new email subscribers as contacts in your CRM. The MailerLite connection helps centralize your sales and marketing in Capsule, ditch the manual admin, and improve lead-nurturing by capturing every new subscriber as a contact in Capsule, so you can follow up quickly and confidently.

Otter

Save time and stay organized by connecting Otter to Capsule. Otter transcribes your meetings, also providing key takeaways and summaries.

This connection adds meeting notes and links to recordings directly in the relevant contact record. So when you next need to check in with your client, you’ll know what you last spoke about and what needs actioning.
